Iota Court Preservation Association (ICPA)
Mission:
Restoring, renovating, and preserving the significant building on the National Register of Historic Places, State of Wisconsin Register of Historic Places, and City of Madison Landmark 84 located at 150 Iota Court. The building, also known as The Lodge, is the home of Alpha Iota of Chi Psi at the University of Wisconsin.
Iota Court Preservation Association Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization with an IRS ruling year of 1988, and donations are tax-deductible.

Mission:
The Wisconsin Association of Chi Psi is organized for the purpose of holding title to and operating the property at 150 Iota Court, in the City of Madison, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, collecting income therefrom and turning over the entire amount, less expenses, to the Iota Court Preservations Association.
WISCONSIN ASSOCIATION OF CHI PSI was founded June 13, 1888, and is a 501(c)(2) organization with an IRS ruling year of 1944, and donations ARE not tax-deductible.
